About the Role

  • Lead, manage and provide knowledge and experience in delivering small and mediumsized activities with a primary focus on training within a digital health care environment to support the provision of the highest standards of safety, quality care and services to meet the requirements of Metro North Health.
  • Leads initiatives in the utilisation of processes and tools to improve selfservice capabilities for key stakeholders while supporting timely delivery of fitforpurpose products by participating in an agile work environment where products are iteratively developed and enhanced based on stakeholder feedback and objective assessments.
  • Lead the development and provision of adult learning activities, including the design and creation with the support and in consultation and collaboration with the QDA Nurse Educator and Subject Matter Experts, including the distribution of work packages and maintenance of centralised resource storage for use in enduser education and training.
  • Lead the development and review of operational plans that link with Metro North Health and DMN strategies and outcomes, focusing on information systems and training results.
  • Work collaboratively within the interprofessional team internally and externally with DMN to promote safety and identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and opportunities for QDA.
