Responsibilities include:


  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, mail and couriers
  • Meet and greet all external visitors and contractors
  • Administration for
    Fleet Management for Company Cars
  • Provide admin support to the
    People and Culture department
  • Cover for
    Corporate Executive Assistant on ad hoc basis
  • Manage travel bookings as required
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as directed by management

Demonstrated key competencies and qualifications:


  • Experience in reception, customer service and administration procedures
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office suite,
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organisation
