Responsibilities include:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, mail and couriers
- Meet and greet all external visitors and contractors
- Administration for
Fleet Management for Company Cars - Provide admin support to the
People and Culture department - Cover for
Corporate Executive Assistant on ad hoc basis - Manage travel bookings as required
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as directed by management
Demonstrated key competencies and qualifications:
- Experience in reception, customer service and administration procedures
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft office suite,
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organisation
