Description

Compass Offices is a leading fast-growing APAC flexible office space provider with 6 prime locations across Sydney and Melbourne CBD.


This position is responsible for the qualification of incoming leads from marketing and broker sources as well as outbound calls to warm prospects.

You will book tours for the sales team for office opportunities and will handle and convert virtual office and meeting room opportunities personally.

In this role, speed is of the essence to beat the competition and win the client.
*No cold calling is required*You will be rewarded with a base salary plus an attractive commission scheme.


Responsibilities

  • Convert office enquiries to opportunities (qualified enquiries) and booked tours, allocated to the client's city of interest and to the specific location or centre as per the allocation instruction.
  • Close conference and meeting rooms and Virtual Office enquiries or, on client request, book a tour of the centre.
  • Proactively generate leads by outbound calling to existing and prospective customers.
  • Be familiar with all our products and respond promptly to our clients regarding any product or service information.
  • Manage sales and marketing data in the CRM system to ensure proper process is followed and data quality is maintained.
  • Support the marketing team, on request, from time to time in managing and maintaining online advertising on relevant sites. Provide feedback on marketing campaigns to help improve performance.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and ensure that the highest level of quality, efficiency and integrity is maintained at every step of the inside sales process.
  • Collaborate with the field sales and customer service teams to ensure the best customer experience.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, sales, telesales, or marketing field.
  • Prior experience in serviced office/business centre, customer service, telesales or B2B sales is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and telephone selling skills.
  • Be a quick thinker and an excellent objection handler.
  • Selfmotivated, outgoing, resultdriven, high ambitions and energetic.
  • Able to communicate effectively and clearly in English, both spoken and written.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission
