With full training and support from the Director, you will be part of a small team of six, working together to deliver outstanding results.

About The Role
This exciting role offers the opportunity to oversee a portfolio of properties and provide support to tenants and landlords. No certification or registration is required, however experience in real estate or strata management is highly regarded. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of tenancy agreements, from lease renewals to inspections and repairs. This position offers the chance to develop your skills in property management while working with a dynamic team.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the strata management services provided by the employer are of a high standard.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients, owners and tenants.
  • Manage the daytoday operations of properties within the Real Estate sector.
  • Respond to enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring all relevant information is communicated accurately.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and industry codes of practice.
  • Provide advice on matters related to strata management services offered by the employer.

Skills And Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in Real Estate and Strategic Management.
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision and deliver results.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, problemsolving and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and industry best practices.
