The Opportunity


Providing advice and facilitation assisting in the successful delivery of programs related to our organsational development, you will work with a team of specialists, collaborating with the broader People & Wellbeing function and across all areas of the University.

Working on full lifecycle culture, leadership, engagement, and capability projects, you will deliver outcomes in alignment with the University's overarching people strategy and broader strategic priorities.

Contributing to culture transformation through implementation of a range of programs s will be achieved through effective identification of needs and working in partnership with key stakeholders to curate, support and facilitate improved team environment and people experience.

By combining established change management practices with people centered design and behavioural science, you will ensure that we achieve lasting adoption of change and positively impact our people engagement outcomes.
