Nikpol currently has a position available for an
Invoicing Clerk at our Eagle Farm office. The opportunity is for someone to participate in a fast paced, growing and developing business.


Reporting to the Site Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing invoices for all outward goods and forwarding to customers with daily orders.
  • Processing credit notes.
  • Liaising with Accounts Receivable Department to issue monthly customer statements.
  • Releasing back orders.
  • Preparing & generating reports for Forward orders, Back orders, Customer Back orders, Outstanding orders & GP reporting for Management.
  • Submitting invoices by electronic data interchange.
  • Updating the customer master file with contact information
  • Working effectively with the Internal Sales team and with the Purchasing and Warehouse teams.
  • Addressing customer enquiries and ensuring all customer concerns are dealt with tactfully and resolved quickly.

  • Experience in a Trade/Warehouse environment.
  • Well developed administrative skills or a formal qualification in office administration.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral & written English language skills.
  • Excellent customer service & telephone manner.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Professional image and presentation: courteous, tactful, diplomatic and well groomed.
Product and software training and support will be provided.
