As Human Resources Advisor you will play an incremental part in adding value to a global organisation. This role has a great perspective of growth and development, with a career path in Australia or overseas.

You'll play a key role in supporting the General Managers and the business and show the benefits of a professional HR service.

You'll be reviewing processes, creating relationships, and helping in a transitional phase.

The Role:

Provide core HR support to approximately 225 people across our 4 sites with Queensland and New South Wales.
Support in implementing new HR systems and processes.
Endend recruitment.
HR documentation, e.g., employment agreements, amendments, job descriptions, etc.
HR process coordination, e.g., remuneration reviews, succession planning, and performance reviews (our new HRIS, Ceridian Dayforce, will be implemented next year).
HR process activities, e.g., inductions, day surveys, and exit interviews.
Employee relations support as required.

The Requirements:

Excellent HR Administration skills, with the ability to put efficient processes in place
Exposure across the full range of HR services
Strong relationshipbuilding and time management skills
Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation
Experience in the manufacturing industry would be highly regarded.
