As Human Resources Advisor you will play an incremental part in adding value to a global organisation. This role has a great perspective of growth and development, with a career path in Australia or overseas.

You'll play a key role in supporting the General Managers and the business and show the benefits of a professional HR service.

You'll be reviewing processes, creating relationships, and helping in a transitional phase.


The Role:


  • Provide core HR support to approximately 225 people across our 4 sites with Queensland and New South Wales.
  • Support in implementing new HR systems and processes.
  • Endend recruitment.
  • HR documentation, e.g., employment agreements, amendments, job descriptions, etc.
  • HR process coordination, e.g., remuneration reviews, succession planning, and performance reviews (our new HRIS, Ceridian Dayforce, will be implemented next year).
  • HR process activities, e.g., inductions, day surveys, and exit interviews.
  • Employee relations support as required.

The Requirements:


  • Excellent HR Administration skills, with the ability to put efficient processes in place
  • Exposure across the full range of HR services
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and time management skills
  • Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry would be highly regarded.
