Rates:
$100 - $130 per hour (inc. super)
The Department of Health and Aged Care is currently seeking a Siebel Designer to:
- Partner with business analysts and other staff at all levels within the department and external agencies to determine business requirements
- Negotiation of scope within technical and resourcing limitations
- Plan and run workshops with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and present design solutions
- Work closely with architects, UX designers, product design assurance and developers to ensure solution and functional designs are feasible and follow established patterns and standards
- Develop and document detailed functional design specifications, user stories, mockups, diagrams and other design artefacts
- Provide advice on the relative risks of projectrelated activities
- Coordinate the implementation of solution designs with relevant stakeholders
- Analyse and resolve design issues raised during development and post golive
- Transfer skills and knowledge to departmental officers
- System impact assessments and design effort estimates
- Solution designs for a nontechnical audience
- Presentations, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
- Detailed functional design specifications
- Diagrams e.g. ERD, system process flow
- Design 'on a page' or showcase presentations
- Data fix and migration specifications
- Integration data mapping specifications
- Project risk, issue and status reports
Required skills and experience:
- Minimum SFIA level required: Level
- Prior experience working in the Australian government on large and complex IT systems
- Tertiary qualification in ICT
- 35+ years' experience in IT systems analysis and design
- Experience as a Siebel CRM designer, developer or tester
