This company services the Australian & New Zealand Plastics and Rubber Industry providing highly experienced and comprehensive support to their customers with a focus on creating solutions.

Due to their continued growth, they are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Sales Account Manager to join our Melbourne team.

The Role:

As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to cater to a diverse range of customers, actively promoting and driving sales of our engineered plastics across various industries.
Utilizing effective selling techniques, you will manage accounts, exceed monthly targets, and provide clients with topnotch technical advice.
This role primarily focuses on the management of existing accounts
Raw plastic material
Partially processed plastic film
Packaging for food (either flexible or rigid)
We are looking for an individual with over 4 years of facetoface sales experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of technical knowledge within the polymers industry is advantageous.
While a relevant technical qualification is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
Essential qualifications include computer literacy, proficiency in the MS Office suite, and familiarity with CRM software.
Strong communication skills, excellent sales processes, and effective negotiation abilities are crucial for success in this role.
