The Role:

Lead, coach and support direct reports and reporting functions to embrace company values and to effectively carry out their roles
Oversee and assist with Policy services, renewals, certs of currently, and endorsements.
Deliver professional and efficient customer service to brokers and distribution partners, as well as internal colleagues
Communicate and oversee the implementation of company strategy and policies to all reporting functions
You will also be required to assist the Underwriting Services Manager with any other duties as required from time to time

About You:

At least 2 years experience working in Underwriting or Insurer Contract/Processing/Claims capacity, with 1+ years experience in leading a team
Experience with Insurance i90 program strongly desired
Strong system and computer skills
Strong written and communication skills
Experience in dealing directly with brokers and clients
Ability to meet KPI's set by manager
Proven underwriting capability within the insurance sector
