About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated
Executive Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting our Executive Team. This position is based at our National Support Office in Macquarie Park, NSW.

Here is what your role will include:

  • Proactive management of calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Provide meeting support and take minutes
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Booking and organising travel, accommodation, pool cars and catering as required
  • Assist with projects, including research and project management
  • Identify and address potential risks through proactive risk management
  • Manage office facilities, including repairs, meeting room bookings, and procurement
  • Office management and assisting in the organisation of work functions and events Provide general administrative support

To be successful in this role, you will have/be:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative role
  • Exceptional timemanagement and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Selfstarter and ability to work autonomously
  • Advanced calendar management skills
  • Ability to partner with business stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Familiarity with risk management principles and practices
