An exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant has become available within our Store Operations Projects team, based in Minchinbury.

Supporting and reporting to the Director


What does the role look like?

  • Maintain oversight of the Director's portfolio of work to be able to provide input and be involved in daily decision making
  • Provide high level administrative and secretarial support to the Director
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, and reports, ensuring they are treated with the strictest confidence
  • Book travel on behalf of the Director, coordinating flights, accommodation, and travel itineraries
  • Undertake and be involved in project management activities
  • Provide administrative services including filing, photocopying, and archiving
  • Liaising with external service providers

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience in administration, ideally supporting a Senior Manager/Executive
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure across multiple projects
  • A selfstarter attitude with excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and selfmotivation
  • Superior problemsolving ability
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skill set
This role reports to the Director

  • Store Operations.
