This learning period will take place across multiple stores in the
South West & West of Victoria & Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, to ensure a wide exposure of the company is gained.
You may not have thought of the aftermarket parts industry as offering amazing career opportunities, but the average Repco team member has a tenure of 8.5 years.

To be considered you will have:
- Leadership / supervisory experience
- Understanding or exposure to store financial reporting including P&Ls, rosters and budgets
- Worked within a team to deliver results
- Be comfortable liaising and building relationships with customers and company stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
The successful individual will:
- Be a passionate customer service expert
- Be able to motivate their team members to shine, develop and succeed
- Have store leadership experience
- Have a flexible availability
- Hold a valid driver's licence
- Have the physical capacity to handle products of a heavy nature
