Do Work That Matters


As a Relationship Executive, you will provide meaningful solutions for a flagship portfolio of diversified business clients with complex banking needs.

Understanding the specific needs and goals of your clients will help you to use your relationships to help them understand new opportunities.


You will commence with an existing book of established clients with the expectation that in addition to providing excellent service to these clients, you will also focus on new client acquisition as well as identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients.

More specifically, you will

  • Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent client service;
  • Use your network and referral partners to identify and pursue new to bank opportunities;
  • Gain an in depth understanding of complex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions;
  • Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions; and
  • Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank across the region.

  • Have the ability to build relationships to grow our client base;
  • Have demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of high value Business clients;
  • Can use their wealth of business banking knowledge and strong commercial acumen to drive client acquisitions;
  • Are highly skilled in credit and comfortable in financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial documents and the underlying cashflow drivers; and
  • Pride themselves in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business.
