About the Role

Duties

First point of contact for all IT Support requests
Answer internal enquiries
Undertakes the daytoday support of computing desktops, corporate Standard Operating Environments and network peripherals such as Multi-Functional Devices including user access administration and other general IT activities.
Troubleshoot IT issues
Working with mínimal supervision both independently and within a team
Multitasking between inbound calls and queue management within the ticketing system to ensure services are delivered within expected time frames
Support users remotely to all regions
Provide back up support to the team

Desired Skills and Experience:

Skills and Experience

Tertiary qualifications in IT
Experienced in IT with at least 3 years' hands on experience
Solid technical understanding of Computer hardware and peripherals
Solid understanding of Windows 7 / 10
Hands on experience with Microsoft Exchange / AD/ DNS / DHCP
Experience with Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 / 201
Basic Network troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Previous experience in a similar role
A cando attitude with the ability to work under pressure
Outstanding problemsolving skills
High attention to detail
Be reliable, motivated and be able to work under pressure and changing priorities
Connectwise Automate experience desired but not essential
