THE ROLE


The Refugee Minor Program (RMP) is responsible for providing case management, supervision and support to children and young people from refugee backgrounds who are in Victoria without parents.

The Refugee Minor Program is a statewide service.

As an Advance Case Manager your role will be to conduct intake assessments, support the settlement process for refugee minors without parents in Australia and to supervise their care arrangements.


COVID-19 VACCINATIONThe department strongly recommends (but does not mandate) that employees maintain their COVID-19 vaccination status in accordance with current ATAGI (Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation) advice, given their individual circumstances.

As of June 2023, DFFH does not require evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status.
