About the role
We are looking for an Investor Relations Coordinator to join the team in Melbourne.

This a fantastic opportunity to act as one of the key contact points for external engagement with investors, analysts, investment banks and other stakeholders.


As part of a passionate and highly engaged team located in Melbourne and London, you will be responsible for organising, planning, and running investor event logistics including roadshows, results announcements, analyst and market briefings, investor days and site visits.

Scheduling roadshow activity for investor meetings, researching and collating information to support shareholder meetings and investor targeting, will also form key components of your role.

Reporting to the General Manager Investor Relations and working in a challenging and exciting environment, you will be:

  • Maintaining meeting records
  • Implementing systems to streamline team processes
  • Provide PA support and assistance as required to the General Manager Investor Relations, including:
  • Managing schedules and all aspects of diary management and travel
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups and setting up offsite and team events

What you will bring


To be successful in this role, it is preferred that you will have prior experience in investor relations practices, language and governance and have previously supported Senior Executive/s, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and calendars.

If you have a strong background as an Executive Assistant, we would also love to hear from you.


You will:

  • Have demonstrated experience in broad administrative duties including but not limited to diary and travel management (international travel, visas, and itineraries), expenses, and coordination of meetings, agendas, materials and presentations
  • Be able to quickly understand the rhythm and routines of senior executives, and challenge and identify where this can be improved
  • Have the ability to handle and prioritise multiple and disparate tasks in a rapidly changing environment where adaptability is critical
  • Be confident engaging at all levels internally and externally, and be able to effectively manage stakeholder expectations in a pragmatic but empathetic way
  • Have demonstrated experience working with stakeholders across locations and countries, and supporting leaders and teams remotely as required
  • Advanced level of Office 365
