u&u is partnering with an iconic Brisbane based organisation to recruit their Office Coordinator.
This role is responsible for looking after reception as well as providing administration and PA support to the Senior Executive Assistant.
This is a full time, permanent role and will be 100% office based, working Monday- Friday, from 8am
- 4pm.
The Role:
In this role, you will:
Answer all incoming calls to reception;
Provide a warm welcome to visitors;
Organise meetings including catering and meeting rooms;
Distribute meeting agendas and action items;
Prepare written correspondence, presentations and other documents; and
Assist with organising internal and external events.
About you:
To be considered for this role, you will have:
A minimum of five years' experience providing administrative support in a corporate environment;
Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills;
High level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion;
Exceptional attention to detail and strong computer skills with MS Office; and
Proactive and resourceful approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
As part of the onboarding process, you may be required to undertake background checks including a police check.
