About the opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation, this role is responsible for managing the
portfolio of change activities, and build change leadership capability to deliver on the operating plan.

You will

Work with the Head of Business Transformation, to develop the strategic direction and end to end change planning and implementation for business wide change program activities and initiatives

Define and develop a change framework and supporting tools that supports the Change team and the business to effectively manage change and create a change readiness mindset with the business.

Lead collaboration and co-design activities, providing expert advice and evidence-based recommendations to engage and embed the business in new ways of working.

Coach and support the Change team, leading with authenticity and empathy
Partner with the business to provide change advice and build capability in sustainable change practices
Drive a culture of effective people centred implementation change practices which are aligned with RACGP's values

About you
As our, Manager

  • Organisational Change, you will work with all levels of the business using a people centred approach to implement change management interventions that drive transformative change that adds value.


You've done this before with change management qualifications and / or significant experience in leading and delivering enterprise change and transformational programs across industries.

You're an authentic leader, motivated by leading a small team of change professionals to build their skills and positively uplift capability
You come with a ready made toolkit in change management principles, methodologies, and tools across a complex program, particularly change impact assessments, stakeholder management, engagement, communication, and training plans
You're a partner to the business, collaborative, empathetic with a sense of humour and not afraid to get your hands dirty if you need to
