DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Test products and ingredients before, during and after production to make sure they are as per customers specification
Be responsible for performing daily operational inspections
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of inspections/processes
Complete set processes and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety and quality
Guide process staff with quality measures

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Knowledge of HACCP systems and procedures
Be physically fit with no restrictions or limitations
Have a reliable vehicle and current drivers licence
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be available to work fulltime and be available to work on weekends when required
