About the role:

As they kick off a large transformation our client are looking for a Senior Experience Designer/Service Designer to join them on a 12-month contract basis.

You will be helping identify and shape the best experienced design for their customers and internal users based around one of their core systems.

Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for the synthesis of the following inputs: research, voice of customer and voice of employee
Customer first thinking and way of working to drive strategic customer outcomes
Map core business processes to assist in identification of resource allocation and potential efficiencies
Drive, manage and conduct research and gather feedback from our key customers, stakeholders and our people into the current

customer experience

Facilitate workshops and customer journey redesign with both customers and our people

Technical knowledge/experience:

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in customer experience design roles
Ability to redesign customer journeys and processes to improve the customer experience and outcomes
Technical ability to create visual or service designs that reflect recommendations or prior research.
