  • Keying quotations and submitting quotations
  • Responding to internal sales and online enquiries
  • Following up on orders and communicating with customers
  • Working with managers and sales representatives to provide top quality customer services and experiences
  • Building professional relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Supporting project managers

Profile

  • Exceptional customer service and computer skills
  • Background in civil and/or drainage maintenance industries
  • Ability to manage time efficiently
