Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking Boilermakers for a leading industrial manufacturing company based in Kwinana, specialising in heavy fabrication and welding solutions.

Responsibilities:

Perform up welding and 6G flux core welding tasks with precision and skill.
Conduct heavy fabrication and welding work according to technical specifications and industry standards.
Interpret and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within project deadlines.

Requirements:

Trade Certificate
Proven experience in up welding and 6G flux core welding.
Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
Strong fabrication and welding skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to and from Kwinana.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet project deadlines.
Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.

Working Hours:
This role is best suited for someone seeking extensive working hours.

Our current working hours are as follows:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

Friday: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

Saturday:
6:00 am - 12:00 pm

Pay Rate:

$51.

06 per hour, with additional penalties applied as follows:

Monday to Friday:

First 7.6 hours:
Ordinary rate

Next 3 hours: 1.5 times the ordinary rate

Next 1.4 hours: 2 times the ordinary rate

Saturday:
First 3 hours: 1.5 times the ordinary rate

Next 3 hours: 2 times the ordinary rate
