About the role

As our Program Scheduler, you'll work collaboratively within the Project Teams with a high degree of autonomy to manage the Integrated Master Schedule and deliver business initiatives.

You will support key projects within the company, large programs of work for specific projects, and improving processes that enable our teams to do their best work.


  • Participate in and lead scheduling workshops to help team leads and Project Managers develop schedules, including resourcing, levelling, work breakdown structures, and reports.
  • Maintain, develop, and update the scheduling framework, processes, and templates.
  • Dependency development and analysis; updating and reporting on schedule progress.
  • Identify scheduling issues and provide advice for remediation and resolution options.

About you

As an experience Project/Program Scheduler, you will work with our project teams and leadership in order to develop and track an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for our Product Development teams.

This role will be core to tracking critical paths, project cross-dependencies and timelines/phases of execution throughout the development and delivery lifecycles.


  • Relevant qualifications and professional development in relation to Project Management
  • Schedule management professional accreditation or demonstrated experience in contemporary project management tools/systems.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the technology, electrical, or professional services industries (preferrable but not essential).
  • A strong track record in managing resources to ensure services are delivered for current and future demand.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills with a passion for continuous improvement will see you succeed in this role.
