About The Role

The purpose of this role is to lead a team of six Coordinators to execute high volumes of administrative work for Woolworths Primary Connect + business.

Your main responsibilities include continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the business with relevant advice, technical expertise, operational support, and SME to various UAT projects and enhancements.


Opportunity
Working in a passionate and supportive team, time will be spent

  • Completing weekly business financial reporting
  • Supporting all fuel and rate reviews for National Transport and administration.
  • Managing the execution of all secondary rate reviews on a monthly basis.
  • Take ownership to ensure the team achieves business objectives
  • Managing and controlling the successful implementation of vendor conversions and information being captured and maintained
  • Analysing escalation queries with rating and system issues and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner, and
  • Identifying areas of improvement and opportunities on a national level to implement efficiencies for the business

Who we're looking for, someone with

  • Previous experience within Transport, Supply Chain /FMCG, or Logistics
  • Experience inspiring, coaching, guiding, and developing team members, highly regarded
  • Intermediate computer skills and programs such as MS Office, SAP, TMS, and Salesforce
  • Effective time management and financial awareness
  • Ability to prioritise, an eye for detail, and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to negotiate, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrates high levels of proactivity and personal accountability.
