About The Role

The purpose of this role is to lead a team of six Coordinators to execute high volumes of administrative work for Woolworths Primary Connect + business.

Your main responsibilities include continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the business with relevant advice, technical expertise, operational support, and SME to various UAT projects and enhancements.

Opportunity
Working in a passionate and supportive team, time will be spent

Completing weekly business financial reporting
Supporting all fuel and rate reviews for National Transport and administration.
Managing the execution of all secondary rate reviews on a monthly basis.
Take ownership to ensure the team achieves business objectives
Managing and controlling the successful implementation of vendor conversions and information being captured and maintained
Analysing escalation queries with rating and system issues and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner, and
Identifying areas of improvement and opportunities on a national level to implement efficiencies for the business

Who we're looking for, someone with

Previous experience within Transport, Supply Chain /FMCG, or Logistics
Experience inspiring, coaching, guiding, and developing team members, highly regarded
Intermediate computer skills and programs such as MS Office, SAP, TMS, and Salesforce
Effective time management and financial awareness
Ability to prioritise, an eye for detail, and excellent customer service skills
Ability to negotiate, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Demonstrates high levels of proactivity and personal accountability.
