As part of our Technology and Product Talent Acquisition team you'll be working on developing one of the largest technology workforces in Australia.

Your role is key to delivering the right talent at the right time to support the Group's vision. One of the banks key strategic priorities it to provide the best digital services and experiences to our customers. To deliver these experiences we need the support of world class engineering teams - which you'll help to build

We a hybrid working model, working 50% in the Sydney CBD office a month.


We're interested in hearing from people who

  • Are confident coaching and upskill hiring managers in best practice talent acquisition, assessment and selection techniques
  • Have a gift for relationship building and stakeholder management
  • Will act as a role model to influence hiring managers on our diversity agenda
  • Will act as a brand ambassador for CommBank, promoting our culture to attract top talent to the bank
  • Can get creative, leveraging a variety of sourcing channels to attract diverse talent, including search methodologies and using social and professional networks
  • Can successfully build, manage and maintain talent pools from both the passive and active job seeker market
  • Understand how to use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions with BU HR and hiring managers
  • Have previous experience recruiting for Engineering/Technology/IT, Architecture, Cyber, Infra or Project Services roles
