Are you a driven and passionate leader with the drive to win? This is a rare opportunity to have responsibility for the national sales force which will see you coaching and developing your team to support the success of the business.

Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will own the business plan and devise the strategy which will increase brand awareness and grow share.

As part of the leadership team you will influence overall company strategy and operations.


In this interesting role you will:

  • Leads, coach and develop the sales team to optimise performance & support product objectives
  • Analyse the performance & effectiveness of sales territories/ sales force in all territories & work cross‐functionally with the brand teams to identify opportunities for performance/productivity enhancements, implement and monitor impact
  • Develop, monitor and implement a business plan which targets team resources (time and funds) to the best commercial and patient outcomes
  • Oversee the development & implementation of territory plans which align identified critical customers and hospital relationships in order to maximise product opportunities
  • Consult with brand teams to provide feedback from the field, advise on sales force strategy, optimal sales force resource allocation and development of innovative sales solutions to maintain alignment of objectives
  • Set targets for the sales force
  • Identify areas for team development, collaborate with the regulatory function to ensure training programs are aligned with the sales organization's needs
  • Recruit, develop and co‐ordinate training of direct reports
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with the team and annual Business review planning

To be successful you will need:

  • A proven track record in leading a sales team to successful outcomes
  • Previous experience with sales of consumer products in hospitals and specialist paediatric health settings
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and sales skills
  • Suitable Tertiary Qualifications
  • Skills in using Sales Force, Excel and Powerpoint
