Contract starting ASAP to June 2023 with possibility of extension
The Research Assistant will support the Customer Experience Branch (CEB) by working with internal clients to design and deliver customer research tailored to business requirements.
In doing so, the role will support a whole-of-organisation approach to improving customer experience through rigorous and evidence-based customer research and co-design.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking research tasks, such as literature reviews, development of research briefs, programming online surveys, data analysis, dasboarding and report writing to support TMR to understand customer needs and expectations.
- Establishing and maintaining effective communications with a range of internal and external stakeholders to support project activities
- Undertaking a range of administrative and project activities as directed.
