Manage the quality for a small portfolio of homes

  • Medium sized provider
  • Innovative systems in place
  • Guide and support GM's and CM's on site


You will be required to work closely with the onsite Facility Manager and Clinical team members to work on better improvement initiatives and quality at the home.


This is a small standalone NFP organisation with a relatively flat structure so you will be required to oversee the full Quality and Risk portfolio in the facility including auditing, compliance for accreditation, creating and reviewing policies and procedures etc.

The Requirements:


  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Div
  • Quality & Continuous Improvement experience in aged care
  • Working knowledge of the new Accreditation Standards
  • Experience with writing/ reviewing policies and procedures
  • Current Police Cert, Covid & Flu vaccinations
