What's in it for you?
As a Visual Designer / Experience Designer you'll have a strong design thinking, visual, and/or graphic design skill set.

You can leverage technology to deliver the highest quality output and understand how to weave together multiple design elements into a cohesive whole.

Communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively to all audiences using sketches, storytelling, mood boards/storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and/or data visualisations.
Work with alongside Experience Managers, stakeholders to develop worldclass experience delivery.
Take a collaborative approach to work, with motivation to develop your skills by taking ownership of new challenges and have a genuine interest in solving complex business problems.

What we're looking for
Here's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.

A minimum 2 years' experience in visual design, graphic design, UI/UX design or related field
Experience using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
Knowledge using Mural or Miro
Ability to illustrate and hand letter, live scribe or sketchnote
Demonstrated experience as an inhouse / freelance designer, with experience working in a corporate environment as a creative
Interest in photography, videography, metaverse, 3D modelling, Virtual reality (VR), animation will be a plus
