The AMEP/SEE Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing a range of high quality customer service and administrative services to effectively support the AMEP/SEE team's program of work and operations.


There will also be additional temporary opportunities available in addition to the above vacancies, which will be filled over the next 18 months.


Duties Include:


  • Coordinate interviews and assessments for prospective AMEP clients
  • Process referrals from external stakeholders and assist potential clients with registrations, course commencement and general enquiries
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain electronic and physical records to meet contractual and financial deadlines

ABOUT US


The
Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) Program** provides formal language tuition, face-to-face in classrooms or through Distance Learning to newly arrived migrants and refugees.


The
Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program provides high quality training to help job seekers address language, literacy and numeracy barriers with the expectation that such improvements will enable them to obtain sustainable employment and/or undertake further education and training.


ABOUT YOU


In this rewarding role you will be responsible for the provision of exceptional customer service, supporting the AMEP (Adult Migrant English Program).

You will bring to the role your experience in completing efficient data entry, demonstrated ability to work within a diverse environment and liaise with customers with varying levels of English language proficiency.

Bilingual skills, particularly Mandarin speaking skills, are highly regarded.
