About the job ServiceNow CMDB BA - Contract:

Our client is looking for a ServiceNow CMDB Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract based in the Greater Melbourne area, with the possibility of a contract extension.

The requisite skill and experience defined below,:


  • At least Australian Permanent Residence working rights,:
-
At least 5+ years relevant local working experience.

  • Design and requirements analysis for ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Implementation of System and Infrastructure upgrades across the WAN and LAN project.

Skills / Behaviours required for the role:

  • Strong senior stakeholder management with excellent written/verbal communications.
  • Excellent requirements analysis/elicitation/specification/traceability and workshop facilitation experience
  • Demonstrated capacity to work on multiple and varied sized initiatives simultaneously and deliver results determined by critical data.

Experience required for the role:


  • Minimum 5+ years experience in Technical Business Analysis roles, ICT domain preferred.
  • Experience in endtoend technical process mapping.
  • Experience in the design and requirements analysis for ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Experience with Service, Application, Technology and Asset environments, with exposure to Service Management desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience conducting discovery and scoping activities and documenting outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Technology migrations.
  • Reporting skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence people without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present information (both verbally and in writing) in an accurate, compelling and succinct manner as appropriate to the audience.
  • Experience and skill in prioritising and managing multiple tasks.
