The full-time role:

Snooze
Moorabbin is looking for a motivational
Sales Team Leader who is sales driven, goal-orientated and able to develop your team.

In this role, you can expect flexible retail hours across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

What you'll be doing:

Working harmoniously leading a small team, supervising and coaching team members
Collaborating with your team in the daytoday store operations
Delivering an
awesome customer experience

You will have:

Some experience in managing a small team working with business KPI's
Retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred, but not essential
Exceptionally high standards of customer service
Leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all team members
Adept computer skills (experience with Pronto an advantage)
The motivation to coach and inspire your team to reach their personal best
Effective communication skills, written and verbal
The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
