Description

We are looking to engage a skilled and enthusiastic

UX/UI Designer to join our Federal Government client

excellent communication skills and have the ability to work

honestly and collaboratively within their

multi-disciplinary team.

This is your chance to make a difference for our Federal Government client in this

6 month contract with

an additional 24 months of

extensions offered.

Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance will be considered for this role.

The role will include:

Working with business and technical teams to map user journeys, identify business process pain points, and provide solutions to meet business needs.
Working in a small multidisciplinary team and independently to develop guidance to provide clarity and direction to the Program to deliver consistent and connected experiences.
Draft high level artefacts including user experience templates, user journeys and data flows.
Undertake user research and accessibility studies.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver common patterns and templates including facilitation of workshops to define and agree successful outputs.

Previous Federal Government experience is desirable for this role.
