We Seek:

Disability Support workers with stroke, neuro, or other physical disability experience. background in Nursing from overseas will be of preference. Experince working with adult and elderly at in-home setting. Have experience in cleaning and accompanying pariticipants to appointments. Understand and can do personal care if and when required.

Must have:

Certificate III in Aged Care or Certificate III in Individual Support.
Availability to work AM and PM shifts weekday and weekends.
Welldeveloped communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to older people and their families.
Computer literacy
Ability to understand and implement resident care plans.
Ability to identify problems and a clear understanding of when to alert immediate supervisors.
Demonstrated time management and multitasking skills.
Proactive and dedicated approach to deliver best practice care.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
Able to demonstrate flexibility to workplace demands and a teamwork attitude.
