$48 - $50 per hour + Food Allowance

Connect Resources is an industry leading brand in civil construction in QLD, WA and NSW, supplying labour hire to major contractors such as Georgiou, Downer and CPB Contractors.

We are currently looking for Trades Assistants for work on a Battery Power Plant near Chincilla. As mentioned above, you will be assisting the Steefixers, Formworkers and Concreters. Prior off-siding experience for the above trades is essential for this role.

You will work 11 hour days. Accomodation is provided and you will get a daily meal allowance. You must have your own vehicle with a full driving license.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Carrying and laying out all of the steel for the Steelfixers to tie.
  • Assisting them in tying the steel too.
  • Shovelling and wheelbarrowing concrete as required.
  • Cutting timber for the Formworkers.
  • Carrying timber for the Formworkers
  • General site clean up and tidy up. Keeping the place trip/hazard free.

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years relevant labouring experience
  • White card.
  • Driving License and own vehicle essential.
