Role Responsibilities:


  • Assists editorial team with production of online content for the Officeworks brand
  • Assists in product nomination and approval process, under guidance of Account Manager and Editor
  • Updates and maintains Product Tracker, tracking product approvals, logging incoming products, ensuring correct product is on hand for shoots and that any product discrepancies or damages are noted and logged
  • Arranges purchase and return of all product for shoots
  • Manages inventory stock ensuring it is safe, wellkept and tidy — and that an accurate inventory list is kept
  • Books couriers or organises hand collections in a costand timeeffective manner
  • Assists on shoots, acting as the main support on set, ensuring the delivery of products and props to and from shoots; unpacks and organises all items into relevant Shot List to aid stylist or shoot team; arranges returns (to studio, office or OW) after the shoot, and writes accurate captions on set
  • Confirms all captions to match imagery before content approvals begin
  • Assists team members in weekly & quarterly reporting tasks
  • Responds to all client requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborates with content peers on quality, datadriven content ideas that meet Officeworks business priorities
  • Inputs new content to Wrike and ensures Wrike is up to date with relevant statuses, accurately reflecting work in progress
  • Files expenses on HoC's behalf each month, with appropriate receipts logged
  • Liaises with freelancers and talent on contributor agreements, talent deeds, invoicing, social outreach, and other administrative communication
  • Ensures Covid-Safe plans and working with children policies are adhered to on shoots
  • Processes invoices for contributors and talent, updating Vendor, Invoice # and other relevant information accurately in Wrike and Concur
  • Builds positive and productive relationships within MRCA to ensure all deadlines and requirements are met.

  • Contributes to the success of Medium Rare Content Agency by assisting with ad hoc projects as required
