Penrith Panthers has an opportunity for a energetic and versatile customer service professional to join their friendly Panthers team.


We are looking for energetic team players with a welcoming smile to deliver excellent service to our members and guests at our Panthers Penrith Restaurants.

Thriving in a fast-paced team environment, you will enjoy a range of duties associated with food and beverage service for our multiple outlets featuring a variety of delicious cuisines.

Making sure our customers and guests are our number one priority, you will go above and beyond to make sure our customers have a fabulous dining experience at our wonderful Club We currently have Part-Time (minimum of 15 hours p/w) and casual positions available.


Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests;
  • Basic food preparation (including sandwich toasting and plating food);
  • Beverage service including making a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages;
  • Barista and dessert service;
  • Waiter/waitress duties including delivering food and drinks to our patrons;
  • Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection;
  • Processing transactions through the register and cash handling duties and;
  • General cleaning duties as required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment;
  • Ability to carry 3 plates highly desirable;
  • Immaculate presentation with an energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work;
  • Minimum 12 months experience in the same or similar role;
  • A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;
  • RSA and RCG Certificates;
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and;
  • Previous bar experience will be highly regarded.


You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.

You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available to work when required
including nights, weekends, week days and public holidays.
