Be a part of the Asset Protection department in a busy inner city suburb working with a Local Government authority | Immediate start date, three month contract

About the company:


Your key responsibilities include:


  • Managing department inbox and ensuring cases are allocated within the required timeframe
  • Processing and cross checking all permit request information
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases
  • Report writing
  • Data entry & filing

You will have the following:


  • Strong administrative experience is essential
  • Local Government experience would be advantageous
  • TechOne, Authority or Pathway experience would be advantageous
  • Intermediate knowledge of the MS office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proven experience working in a busy environment
  • Be hardworking, punctual, and organized
  • Excellent written and analytical ability, in particular accurate spelling, alphanumeric data entry and qualifying data
  • Work effectively and autonomously to specific deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An aptitude to grow and learn

You will need to complete a police check before commencing in this role.
