Be a part of the Asset Protection department in a busy inner city suburb working with a Local Government authority | Immediate start date, three month contract

About the company:

Your key responsibilities include:

Managing department inbox and ensuring cases are allocated within the required timeframe
Processing and cross checking all permit request information
Updating and maintaining internal databases
Report writing
Data entry & filing

You will have the following:

Strong administrative experience is essential
Local Government experience would be advantageous
TechOne, Authority or Pathway experience would be advantageous
Intermediate knowledge of the MS office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
Proven experience working in a busy environment
Be hardworking, punctual, and organized
Excellent written and analytical ability, in particular accurate spelling, alphanumeric data entry and qualifying data
Work effectively and autonomously to specific deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication skills
An aptitude to grow and learn

You will need to complete a police check before commencing in this role.
