ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an opportunity for a
Customer Service Representative to join our Land Access and Stakeholder Engagement team based in
Derrimut VIC. In this diverse role, you will support telecommunications project rollouts ensuring safety and environmental performance for each project are achieved and that the appropriate level of community consultation is conducted.

This includes answering calls, issuing land access notices, complaint resolution and heritage, environment and cultural identification.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you need to show:

Relevant work experience in customer service environment including dealing with customer complaints.
Advanced computer skills and MS Office Excel, specifically report writing and data management
Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and to juggle multiple tasks in a timely manner
