The Role
As Executive Assistant at Sarah Group, your primary role will be to provide support to the CEO and Joint Managing Directors, whilst also being responsible for managing administration tasks & amenities for our corporate Head Office.
This role will see you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your exceptional organisation skills, ability to build relationships, prioritise and meet deadlines is essential.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Directors and CEO
- Prove administrative support the Sarah Group Executive team where appropriate
- Support the CEO with all Groupwide initiatives and undertake project work and research as required
- Support the maintenance of the Sarah Group website and social media accounts, as well as help coordinate company events as required
- Account for all office fixed assets in our accounting system
- Coordinate Group travel and associated memberships
- Coordinate meetings as required
- Reconcile corporate credit cards
- Manage office stationery requirements including stocktake and ordering
- Assist with the coordination of incoming and outgoing mail
- Any other administrative duties as required
About You

- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software as required
- Possess a current SA Drivers Licence
- Highly organised with an ability to manage a large workload with competing deadlines
- Ability to deal appropriately with sensitive information
- Event coordination experience is a bonus, but not essential
