Based in Bendigo, Your role will be focussed primarily on assisting the team in managing purchase orders, transactional processing, meeting minutes, scheduling calendars, reporting and assisting with a variety of administrative requirements as needed.
About You
It is ideal that you will possess:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a large corporate company.
- Broad knowledge of processes and procedures in the context of project or portfolio management.
- Advanced written and verbal communications skills.
- Advanced MS Office Suite.
- Experience working in a team and engaging with senior leadership when required.
- Possess a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong judgment, integrity and independence.
- Highly effective time management and organisational skills.
Your outgoing, positive and can-do attitude will be valued in this team, will see you working independently so we are looking for a motivated self-starter.
