Description
This role is a hybrid (WFH and office) permanent full-time opportunity.


Additionally, you will:


  • Develop a regional Marketing Plan in accordance with CoAct's Standard Operating Procedures
  • Utilise appropriate marketing tools to enhance participants chances of securing employment
  • Develop strong relationships with external DES organisations, NDIS providers, Community Groups
  • Deliver post placement support to both the employee and employer
  • Determine the job seekers vocational goals and any identified vocational and nonvocational barriers
  • Reverse market jobseekers to suitable job vacancies both in the hidden and nonhidden job markets
  • Source, develop, or implement appropriate vocational training programs for participants

About you:


  • 35 years' experience in a similar role within the community or employment services industry
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting within local forums
  • Proven knowledge of Disability organisations, community stakeholders, funding bodies and stakeholders in QLD and across Australia
  • Ability to travel as the role requires
  • Customer focused with exceptional listening, influencing and problemsolving skills
  • Demonstrated understanding and commitment to working with people who are impacted by or identify with a disability
  • Empathy for the needs of other people

A NDWS clearance and completion of NDIS Online Worker Training Module will be required for this role (prior to commencement).
