Responsibilities:

Provide integral support in managing corporate public M&A transactions, assistingsenior lawyers in offering strategic counsel to clients on legal matters pertaining to mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings.

Conduct thorough legal dur diligence, aiding in the analysis of transactional documents and regulatory frameworks to identify risks and opportunities, and assist in formulating legal strategies.

Assist in drafting and reviewing transactional documents
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

2-5 years of post-admission experience in corporate law
Demonstrate strong analytical, drafting and communication skills
Mandarin speaking would be advantageous but not essential
