Opportunities are available to join a dynamic and innovative team that plays a key role in modernising primary care through better use of My Health Record (MHR).

Improving MHR and related digital health technologies aims to empower consumers to participate in their own healthcare, support healthcare providers deliver high quality care and drive insights in national planning, resourcing, and continuous quality improvement.

As part of the MHR leadership team you will be responsible for establishing a function using a range of methodologies to understand and monitor the impact of planned initiatives that aim significantly increasing the use and value of MHR for consumers, healthcare practitioners and the broader health system.

You will use insights from this analysis to develop proposals for future initiatives, with the potential to establish and test pilot interventions in collaboration with delivery partners, including the Australian Digital Health Agency.

You will manage APS staff and promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.
