Your Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Support and promote the usage, development and effective functioning of the ANSTO CMMS.
  • Integrate divisional client's need into the CMMS:
  • Facilitate the development of appropriate maintenance plans in the CMMS by working with Asset Managers to identify System Strategists with expertise in applicable asset classes.
  • Working with divisional clients to identify key stakeholder training requirements to operate within the system and support the post training period both in master data as well as transactional data.
  • Support the ongoing development of the CMMS by creating and running system test scripts and mass data upload scripts and supporting system and user auditing.
  • Be responsible for the development of new, and the maintenance of existing master data records including, technical objects, maintenance plans and task lists, cost objects and work centres as well as the creation and allocation of documents and field labelling as required.
  • Facilitate Planner review and handover of current and new equipment and facilities to ensure servicing requirements are incorporated into existing or new maintenance plans.
  • Establish quality working relationships and ongoing communication.

About the Opportunity:


The role sits with the CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) team, embedded within the Maintenance and Engineering business area and responsible for the creation and the management of master data within the SAP-EAM module and provides a key maintenance interface between projects and operations.
