The team is growing and we are seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Consultant, who can assist with sourcing Defence technology and engineering professionals; through increasing the efficiency of the recruitment process.

This is a full-time position, based in the heart of Sydney's CBD.

You will work with a variety of established clients and assist in the hiring security cleared Defence professionals across a range of disciplines and service domains.

Key Responsibilities
Navigating social media and internal databases to identify and attract new talent

Managing internal compliance procedures including background checks and eligibility to work

Skills & Experience
Previous recruitment experience will be highly regarded but not essential

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong ability to manage relationships and engagement methods

Display a keen interest and passion for technology and the Defence sector
