About the Role
As the Human Resources Consultant you will have responsibility for the following:

Lead and undertake designated project activities and participate in the design and implementation of organisational change activities.
Prepare reports and submissions on human resources management issues and represent the department at external agencies as required.
Provide operational advice, support and consultancy services to various areas of the department on a diverse range of human resources management matters.
Provide input to the development and implementation of human resources management policies, processes and systems, including the provision of advice to relevant managers and clients.
Provide and monitor human resources management services to ensure compliance with government and departmental legislation, policies and standards.
Provide consultancy services to departmental clients to ensure that procedural activities promote employment equity, ethical practices and workplace health and safety.
