Description
2+ years of program or project management experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or similar.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Must be detailoriented with a demonstrated ability to own and follow through on issues
  • Basic understanding in SQL, proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Key job responsibilities

  • Analyzing inventory data to identify underperforming products that negatively impact inventory efficiency
  • Developing and managing a roadmap for FBA inventory efficiency improvement
  • Partnering with crossfunctional teams, including Account Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, FC Operations, Legal, and Seller Partner Support, to drive inventory efficiency programs
  • Managing communications to Seller Partners regarding FBA inventory
  • Assisting with investigating and resolving root causes for FBA merchant and customer issues
  • Creating standard operating procedures and processes for FBA operations, and providing technical support to Account Managers and Seller Support Associates

Above all, we expect program managers to be single threaded owners for their initiatives. This is a high ownership position where you directly control your destiny.

Program Managers will be measured on the impact of their project. Depending on the project, clear financial or other impact goals will be set forth. It is the program manager's responsibility to ensure they drive the program towards achieving those goals.

  • You should be comfortable with processes and process design/analysis
  • You should have the ability to influence without authority and do so by using data and facts
  • You should be able to deal with varied stakeholders and earn their trust.
  • You are mature and able to function independently with limited guidance
  • You should have excellent written communication skills data oriented & brevity being key words in your style of writing
