As Marketing Manager for this prestige dealership, you will be responsible for the devolvement and execution of dynamic marketing plans to support the Sales and Aftersales objectives.

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will work alongside the Senior Management team, driving marketing initiatives that are aligned to the brand's voice and support the overarching business objectives.


This role requires a professional individual who can work autonomously understands business values and provides support to the ongoing growth of all departments within the company.

The role will be supported by a part-time Marketing Assistant.


Key Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent marketing experience
  • 3+ Years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent time management skills, including prioritising work and managing multiple projects on tight timeframes
  • Proven track record of delivering consistently excellent marketing activations and events
  • Works well under pressure
  • Managing sponsorship/partnership and local area marketing initiatives
  • Extensive experience with proven digital marketing and classical marketing disciplines
  • Management of multiple social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and inhouse creation of PPC and paid social media campaigns
  • Experience in the selection and management of external contractors and agencies
  • Annual budget planning and management
  • Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Selfmotivated and focused on continuous improvement
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team player who welcomes ideas from others and is prepared to work collaboratively with the sales team to drive leads


To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter who enjoys planning, organising and being accountable for delivering successful marketing campaigns, media plans and events.

You'll have experience with large marketing budgets and meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to oversee project delivery whilst keeping the customer at the centre of all decision-making.


Further, you will need to demonstrate the ability to adapt your approach to a variety of stakeholders and embrace challenges to the status quo with passion, effort and determination.

Overall, to be successful in this role you'll be highly motivated to deliver tangible results and driven to make things happen
